SERVICE TERMS · 12 OCTOBER 2026
A defined review.
A written agreement.
Orders are not open yet. These are the proposed service terms. We will supply a dated copy and a customer-specific scope for written agreement before invoicing. An enquiry or downloaded scope summary is not an order.
Who provides the service
Horus Tender Desk is operated by Horus Security Solutions Ltd, Zone Industrielle de Brista, Goodlands, Mauritius. BRN C18155210. Mauritius VAT registration 27603523. All customer contact is in writing at hello@horustenderdesk.com.
Business customers and scope
The service is for businesses assessing cleaning tenders. Before acceptance, we agree the company profile, UK operating area, tender references, complete document list and versions, readable page count, deliverables, price, tax treatment, start date and delivery deadline by email. We may decline unsuitable, unreadable, restricted or urgent work before payment.
The £99 pilot
A one-off seven-day pilot covers up to two source-linked decision briefs, each reviewing an agreed pack of up to 100 text-readable pages, for one company and one agreed UK operating area. The seven-day period begins on the confirmed start date after the agreed profile, complete documents, written scope and payment confirmation are in place. No automatic renewal applies.
Prices are in GBP. Applicable taxes and the total payable will appear before payment. Payment is through a PayPal invoice when the payment route is ready; available methods depend on the checkout. Never send card details by email. Payment alone does not change the agreed scope.
Documents and information
Send only public notice links during the initial enquiry. Before sharing documents, confirm your right to disclose them and agree the sharing route and permitted processing. Do not send employee identities, payroll, named TUPE data, passwords, special-category personal data or documents whose terms prohibit sharing or AI processing. We do not need those to qualify an enquiry.
AI assists analysis and drafting. Critical findings must be traceable to the supplied sources. Where restrictions cannot be met, we decline the work. A separate document-handling agreement must be in place before accepting confidential packs.
What a brief does and does not do
A brief identifies stated requirements, dates, evidence gaps, conflicts and clarification questions against your supplied company profile. It is decision support, not bid writing, submission, legal advice, eligibility certification or a promise of a contract win. You remain responsible for the bid decision and for checking the buyer’s current requirements and deadlines.
Each brief identifies the documents and versions reviewed and the date checked. Later amendments and additional documents require a new scope check; we do not claim continuous monitoring of the full pack.
Delivery, corrections and refunds
Delivery is by the agreed written channel. Raise a factual or citation error by email with the relevant source. Corrections to our work within the agreed source set are included; new documents or changed requirements may need a revised scope.
If we cannot start or deliver the agreed pilot, we will offer a revised date for your written agreement or a refund for undelivered work. You can cancel before work starts for a full refund. For cancellation after work starts, we will explain the work completed and agree the charge for it, capped at the pilot price; we will refund the undelivered portion. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Optional monthly service
The proposed £299 monthly service includes up to four packs of up to 100 text-readable pages each, for the agreed company and area, plus screening of the defined Find a Tender feed on UK business days. The £99 pilot payment is credited against the first monthly fee if you explicitly choose to continue, leaving £200 for that month. It is not charged or started automatically. Any continuation requires a separate written agreement on dates, renewal, cancellation and scope.
Find a Tender monitoring is not exhaustive market coverage. Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, eTendersNI and separate council portals are not independently monitored. There is no minimum suitable-opportunity guarantee.
