01 / THE DECISION BRIEF

Know what needs
your attention.

An alert tells you a tender exists. A document review helps you decide what to do with it.

01

The terms behind the title.

Scope, location, published value, dates and submission route, with references back to the documents.

  • Separate stated facts from assumptions
  • Flag conflicting dates and missing documents
  • Show where each critical finding came from
SOURCE-LINKEDDocument · page · date checked

SEE THE STANDARD OF EVIDENCE

Read a brief before you buy one.

Our dated sample shows two source discrepancies and the documents still needed to reach a decision. It demonstrates notice screening; the proposed paid service reviews the agreed complete pack.

02 / A SMALL, DEFINED WORKFLOW

From your region
to your next step.

A focused review, with scope agreed before payment. No automatic enrolment after the pilot.

01

Set the boundaries.

Tell us where you operate, what you clean and which contracts your company can realistically deliver.

02

Agree the review.

Choose candidate opportunities and supply documents you can share. We confirm access, readability and scope before invoicing.

03

Make your decision.

Use the source-linked brief to investigate, decline or move forward. Your team checks current terms and decides whether to bid.

03 / START WITH EVIDENCE

Test the value.
Then decide.

The pilot is designed to answer one question: does this review help your team enough to keep using it?

Prices in GBP. Applicable taxes and final invoice terms will be shown before payment.

04 / PLAN YOUR PILOT

Start with
your operating area.

Build a short scope summary, then open a prepared email to discuss suitability. Everything is handled in writing; no sales call is required.

Preparation only. Nothing is sent to us, no booking is made and no payment is taken. Avoid confidential or personal information.

YOUR INITIAL SCOPE01—04

Choose your main area. We agree specific towns or postcodes before payment. Initial monitoring covers Find a Tender, not every UK procurement portal.

02. What contracts interest you?

Your selections stay in this page. We do not store them.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Clear scope.
No surprises.

Do I need a call?

No. Enquiries, qualification, scope confirmation and support are handled in writing by email. Start with the scope planner or email hello@horustenderdesk.com. There is no booking call.

Does this replace free tender alerts?

Free alerts may already cover your discovery needs. The proposed paid service adds a focused review of complete documents against your company profile. If alerts and your existing process are sufficient, the pilot may not add value.

Which opportunities are covered?

The initial service covers the agreed Find a Tender feed for cleaning work in one agreed UK operating area. We welcome firms operating in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; towns, postcodes and the review scope are agreed before payment. Monitoring initially covers Find a Tender only. Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales, eTendersNI and separate council portals are not independently monitored. Private contracts and closed framework competitions are outside the initial scope. There is no promise of exhaustive coverage or a minimum number of suitable tenders.

What is outside the service?

Bid writing, submission, buyer representation, legal advice and eligibility certification are excluded. You remain responsible for checking current deadlines and requirements, taking professional advice where needed and making the bid decision.

How is AI used?

AI assists research and drafting. The planned workflow links critical findings to source documents and makes missing or conflicting evidence visible. AI output can be wrong; a brief is decision support, not an assurance of compliance or eligibility.

Can I upload confidential tender documents here?

No. This website does not accept uploads. An appropriate document-sharing route and handling terms must be agreed before any customer documents are supplied. Do not send payroll files, employee identity documents, passwords or named employee TUPE data.

Can I pay or book now?

Orders are not open yet. You can read the sample, prepare your scope and email hello@horustenderdesk.com to discuss the service. We will confirm availability, document handling, written scope and payment terms before accepting an order. Nothing on this website creates an order or subscription.

The scope planner runs in your browser. It does not submit your choices or store them on our server. It creates a file only when you request a download. Refreshing clears the planner’s application state.

If you email us, we use your business contact details and message to answer your enquiry and discuss possible services. We rely on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and, where applicable, steps you request before a contract. Please send only the business information needed for that discussion.
